Problem
- Whilst reading or replying an Outlook email, the focus suddenly switches to a different window.
- Keyboard entry skipped. So if you type in a bunch of words into an email, and some of the text is missing.
- Mouse freezes for a few seconds
Solution
This issue is caused by a problem with the Jabra Direct headset software. Removal of the Jabra Direct headset software resolves the issue.
