Error - Root Element is Missing

Problem 


When logging into LawMaster the error "Root Element is missing" appears and LawMaster doesn't open 


Solution 

  1. Close Outlook 
  2. Go to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\LawMaster\PracticeManagement\ Where  is the Windows username of the person logged on to the computer with the issue 
  3. Delete the OutlookAddInLocations.xml file
    This will force LawMaster to recreate it
  4. Reopen LawMaster and Outlook
