Delete after save - Floating File note and Drag and Drop

Modified on Tue, 20 Feb at 10:47 PM

When floating in an email using Floating File Note or Dragging and dropping in an email into LawMaster the original email in Outlook can be automatically deleted.

This is governed by a parameter setting and affects all users.

NOTE: It is not possible to set this setting for each individual user.

Step-by-step guide

To change it for everyone:

  1. Go to Parameters > Set Parameters
  2. Miscellaneous > Outlook Integration
  3. Untick the "Delete email after drag-drop or floating file note"
  4. Click OK
  5. Users will then need to close and reopen Outlook and LawMaster to see the change
