Infotrack displays OSR EDR Number not registered

Problem


When using Infotrack Integrated searching within LawMaster, the Infotrack screen displays a message saying "OSR EDR number not registered" 



Solution


The error is shown on the Infotrack page becasue the EDR number is not added into the Client Details Section. 


Click on the "Click Here" Option on the message - this will give further instructions on how to add these into the Client Details Section.
