Searching for File Referral Record

On the Referrals screen, you can search for the required Referral using various search criteria as mentioned below. After selecting the search criteria, click the Search button to action the search:

• Referred To User – Lists all referrals to a nominated user.
• First Referred By – Lists all referrals by the user that first added the referral.
• Last Referred By – Lists all referrals by the user that last added the referral.
• Refer Reason – Lists all referrals by a nominated referral reason.
• Advanced – Provides a combination of the above search criteria. Any or all of these fields can be left blank. In the case of all fields being left blank (default), then ALL referrals for the logged in user will be displayed. Unread Only will include only the unread Referrals by the user it has been referred to.
