Problem
When attempting to access a file referral, you are met with the below error message:
This issue is usually caused by the person the file is referred to being on the "Referred To" list twice:
Solution
- Get the user sending the referral to modify the referral and remove one instance of the users name, removing the duplicate
OR - Get the user sending the referral to cancel the referral and re-refer it
