Unable to Add/Update Matter

Problem

When you try to add or update anything in the matter just after you login, you receive the following error.

This error may be caused by an unfinished End of Day run.

Solution

To resolve the request complete the following steps:

1. In Menu Bar, navigate to the Periodic Processing option and click the Clear Periodic Processing Flag option.
2. Click OK.

LawMaster displays a confirmation message upon successful run.
