Solution


If you are experiencing the above error message, please make the following changes to your computer: Open Word > Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings... > Trusted Locations > Add new location... > Browse... > Navigate to C: \Users\*Windows Username*\AppData\Roaming\LawMaster\PracticeManagement\*Production Database Folder*\*LawMaster Username* \temp\doctemplates > OK > Check Subfolders of this location are also trusted > OK > OK > OK
