Single Touch Payroll Phase 2

All LawMaster clients using Payroll will already be reporting to the ATO through Single Touch Payroll which was introduced in the Sweden release in

December 2018. Development of STP Phase 2 is available in Cuba R2 released 15th February, 2023. Whilst the official start date for STP Phase 2

is 1st January 2022, LawMaster has secured an extension of the deferral for our customers until the 30th June, 2023. You do not need to take any

further action unless you require more time to commence reporting through STP Phase 2. If the ATO contacts you about your transition into STP

Phase 2 you can quote Deferral Reference Number 80 267 043, a copy of the Deferral Notice is available here.
