System error in mscorlib - Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID

Problem 

When trying to export folios as a combined PDF either from a Cabinet or the Folio grid the following errors occur: 

Word convert to Pdf failedRetrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID 

 failed due to the following error: 800800005 Server execusiton failed (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800800005 (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE)). 

Solution 

The mscorlib error is usually due to a problem with Word or the Windows registry. 

Some things to check/try: 

1. Word is the 64 bit 
2. All office and Windows updates are up to date 
3. Users on LawMaster versions 10.14 onwards, a .NET 4.8 (runtime) or later is required on client systems 
4. The minimum specs are met
5. Repair office/windows profiles for the user in question 
6. Re-install office 
7. Re-image the machine
