Problem
What to do if you do not have an option to Upload Disbursements from the Main Menu > Client & Matter > Matter Costing > Interface to Data Capture Devices?
Solution
- Go to Security > Maintain User Security
- Select the relevant Default Security setting that is to have access to Upload Disbursements.
- Select the Programs Tab at the bottom of the screen
- Select Menu > Main Menu
- Check Interface to Data Capture Devices > Upload Disbursement Transactions
- Select Apply or OK.
The user will need to log out of LawMaster and back in again to see these changes or alternatively wait until they next log in.
