My matter has a File Security of $ but I can't see all the folios

Problem 

You are the Lawyer on a matter that has the File Security set to $: 

But you can't see all the folios on the matter.

Solution

1. For matters set with the $ File Security only the Lawyer set for the matter can see the Matter related items. For example they can search for and see the matter, add time entries, view time entries etc 
2. For Folios set with the $ Security Class only the Author can view the folios. 

So if you have a matter where you are the Lawyer on the matter and the File Security is set to $ but another person is the author of a folio on that matter with the Security Class set to $ then you as the Lawyer can see the matter but won't be able to see the folio as it was authored by someone else.
