End of Day Email - System Control Report Message

Problem

I no longer receive the email notification after I run a end of day.

Solution

LawMaster will not send an automated email if your EOD has run correctly and doesn’t need any review to be done by the system admin. If you notice there are errors in the system control grid report with * marks, and no email notification is received, the email address associated with PROADM user needs to be reviewed.

If you are not hosted with LawMaster, and the SQL server database is hosted on your premises, SMPT details are needed to be applied on the LawMaster server as follows:

LawMaster sends the Email notification only when there are any messages in the “System Control Grid Messages” with an * against them. The * means there is a critical issue identified during the EOD run which needs to be reviewed by the System Administrator or Accounts Manager. The email is sent to the Email address associated with the PROADM user.
