When we do a bill it saves as a 'discoverable' folio, how do we stop it from being marked as 'Discoverable'?
Step-by-step guide
Your System Administrator needs to do the following to have any future bill folios created with 'Discoverable?' not ticked:
- Main Menu > Workflow Development > Document Templates > Modify the 'BILL' template > Remove the tick for 'Discoverable?' > OK.
