When I run the Display Author Fee Performance report and other reports I see resource ZZZZZZZZ and they have fees allocated to them. Who is this?
Step-by-step guide
ZZZZZZZZ is the grouping of terminated resources (people that have left the business) with billed fees in the period concerned.
To find out what Fees/matters have been attributed to this Resource No. go to Main Menu>Resource Management>General Reporting>Print Bill Details by Author.
