How do I change the default bill format used on the matter

On the matter Billing screen, the Bill format field defaults to the form selected when the matter was initially set up. 

This value can be changed by selecting from the ellipsis (…) the required bill format. 


For a global bill format change, select the required/all the bills from Enquiries > Matter Search > Search By: Lawyer > select the matters > context menu > Bulk Change. 

Select or enter the required bill format in the Bill Format field. Click OK to apply it to all the selected matters.
